B&B Lieven BauwensSituated in a residential district, called "Het Miljoenenkwartier" (the district of the millionaires), south of the centre of Ghent, your hosts will offer you an outstanding operation base for a visit to the historical center of the city of Ghent, while you stay for the night in the neighbourhood of the tranquillity of a city park.

The guest rooms are ideally situated for those interested is the famous SMAK (the Municipal Museum of Contemporary Art) and MSK Gent (the museum of Fine Arts), both within walking distance, for those with activities in the ICC Gent (International congres Center), in the different university campuses, including the UZ Gent (the University Hospital of Ghent), and in Flanders Expo.

 B & B Lieven Bauwens proposes 3 spacious guestrooms, each of which disposes of a television, a DVD-player, an internet connection and a private bathroom with a bad/shower and a toilet:

- Hélène, a suite, nearly 70 m² large, with its owm living room on the first floor

- Delphine, 35 m², at the front side on the second floor

- Fanny, nearly 35 m², at the backside with a view over the gardens

Breakfast is served in a large living room which equally has a TV at its disposal. For guests wanting to stay longer, there is a fully equipped kitchen available. A fairly large city garden allows you to enjoy the sun on the beautiful days and of the nature in the city.

There is an easy connection with the public transport to the city centre (bus 5, tram 21 and 22). The railway station of Gent Sint-Pieters is at a 15 minute walking distance.
